With outlook Express:

But if someone leaves mail on the server constantly; no matter what email program they are using; it will eventually cause duplicate messages. You can confirm this by going into the problem email account and looking at the mail in the mailbox. There won't be any duplicates.
Also; looking at the smtp id in the mail headers will give you a clue: if they are different; then it's the sender; not the sendee having a problem. |
